Business Improvement Manager

Pookie brings over 9 years of experience in various roles within Local Government and has a wealth of knowledge around processes and procedures having worked in a public sector. ​

She also has previous experience in Facility Management, Account Management, Finance, Business Improvement, Project Management, Administration and Customer Service. In her previous role, she has worked as a Facilities Manager, overseeing cleaning contractors and she understands the requirements and standards that needs to be met from a client’s perspective.

Pookie conducted extensive research into sustainability and innovative practices to Advanced Facility Care such as eco-friendly cleaning products the use of Hybrid Vehicles and will be working with clients on waste minimization regime.  ​

Pookie will be responsible for all national administrative tasks, Health and Safety advisor, invoicing and implementations.​

Aman Singh

Head of Operations

Aman has over 15 years’ experience within the Cleaning industry and has valuable
knowledge and a wealth of experience in delivering contract services to
the Commercial, Hospitality, Retail, Education, Government and Hospital sectors.
His focus is on delivering top-notch cleaning services for clients and overseeing all
Operational matters for Advanced Facility Care. 

Aman brings a proactive approach and solution based delivery to the cleaning
industry, with a previous experience as an Executive General Manager and
Key Accounts Manager in some of the largest cleaning companies in New Zealand.

Aman had numerous portfolio within the Commercial, Retail, Hospital, Industrial
and Education Sector, such as Airport, Trains, several shopping centers including
large Shopping Centre, Banks and numerous schools.

Aman will be responsible for the full contract delivery.

Harry (Harkirat) Singh

Regional Manager

HARKIRAT has over 8 years of experience within the cleaning industry and brings passion to deliver the best cleaning outcome for clients. Harkirat has previous experience with managing the cleaning contracts for multiple retails and commercial sites within central north land& Auckland region such as multiple ANZs, shopping centres and schools.
Harkirat extensive specialist cleaning experience was within the commercial sector which means that his attention to detail to ensure cleaning is competed to the highest standards for all contracted sites.
Harkirat goes above and beyond to ensure all the sites are cleaned and running successfully in effective and efficient manner with their day-to-day operations and ensure the team has been trained properly in delivering the job with quality standards to the clients.

Gagan Punia

Office, HR & Compliance Manager

Gagan brings vast experience in the professional services, commercial and health care sectors. 

Gagan’s particular areas of expertise include operations and project management, compliance, Health & Safety and HR. 

He is responsible for our office and operational systems and processes to ensure exacting standards and business efficiency is in line with our core values of honesty, reliability, and loyalty across every aspect of our business to deliver world-class customer service.
